CPR AED & First Aid Training for All Needs
We offer flexible options for our CPR AED and First Aid courses to fit your needs and schedule. Our courses are available in a blended learning format, combining online learning with in-person skills training, as well as fully in-classroom or virtual training via web meeting. All formats include hands-on instruction with one of our certified instructors to ensure you gain the practical skills needed to respond confidently in an emergency. Whether you choose to attend a course at one of our offices or prefer on-site training at your location, we make it easy to get certified on your terms.
Our open enrollment CPR AED and First Aid courses are certified by the American Heart Association. For on-site group training, we also offer certification options through the Red Cross or Health & Safety Institute, giving organizations the flexibility to choose the certification that best fits their needs. All completion certificates are valid for two years.

CPR AED
Our CPR AED course provides essential training in responding to life-threatening emergencies for adults, children, and infants. You'll learn how to perform CPR, properly use an Automated External Defibrillator (AED), and respond to choking incidents.
Who should take this course?
The CPR AED course is designed for individuals who are not healthcare providers or professional rescuers, but need certification to meet job requirements, regulatory standards (e.g., OSHA), or simply want to be prepared for emergencies involving adults, children, or infants.
Course Length (Classroom or Virtual): 2 - 3 hours
Course Length (Blended Learning): 1 - 2 hours for the online portion, 1-2 hours for the skills session
First Aid
First Aid is designed to equip participants with the knowledge and skills to provide immediate care during a wide range of emergencies. From treating minor injuries like cuts and burns to responding to more serious situations such as fractures, allergic reactions, or shock, our comprehensive training covers essential techniques for stabilizing victims until professional medical help arrives.
Who should take this course?
The First Aid course is designed for individuals who are not healthcare providers or professional rescuers, but need certification to meet job requirements, regulatory standards (e.g., OSHA), or simply want to be prepared for emergencies involving the most common illnesses and injuries.
Course Length (Classroom or Virtual): 2 - 2.5 hours
Course Length (Blended Learning): 1 - 1.5 hours for the online portion, 1 hour for the skills session
First Aid & CPR AED
Our combined CPR AED and First Aid course offers comprehensive training in both life-saving CPR skills and essential first aid care. This course teaches you how to perform CPR, use an Automated External Defibrillator (AED), and respond to choking emergencies for adults, children, and infants. Additionally, you'll learn how to recognize and treat the most common first aid emergencies.

Pediatric First Aid & CPR AED
Pediatric First Aid & CPR AED is specifically designed to teach participants how to manage illnesses and injuries in children and infants during the critical moments before professional help arrives. This course covers essential first aid techniques, including how to respond to common childhood emergencies such as choking, allergic reactions, and injuries. Additionally, the CPR AED portion of the course trains you to handle life-threatening situations for adults, children, and infants, ensuring you're fully prepared to respond to emergencies for all age groups.

Pediatric First Aid & CPR AED is open to anyone who wants to be prepared to care for ill or injured children. This course is ideal for childcare workers, teachers, camp counselors, and others responsible for children's safety.
