Refund / Reschedule Policy
We will gladly allow you to move your paid registration to another class date that is within 60 days of your original class date, as long as there is availability. We must receive your written request by email at least 48 hours in advance of the start of your scheduled class. Rescheduled classes less than 48 hours from the start of your scheduled class may be subject to a minimum fee of $25. In any event, reschedules are limited to once.
Due to the demand of classes and the limited space, we do not refund payments. In the event of extenuating circumstances, please contact our office to discuss. Under no circumstance can the cost of the access link/code for an online class be refunded. Access links/codes for online classes are unique and cannot be reissued, even if the course has not been accessed.
Any consideration for a refund or reschedule for circumstances not covered by this policy shall be on a per-case basis and is not guaranteed.
No-Show Policy
No refund, reschedule, or credit will be given for anyone who does not attend their scheduled class without prior approval. Anyone arriving more than 15 minutes late for a scheduled class may be considered a "no-show" at the discretion of the instructor. Individuals who have completed an online course and do not attend their schedules skills session may purchase a new skills session.
Cancellation / Reschedule Due To Weather
In the event that Response Ready cancels a class due to inclement weather, all students will be offered alternative accommodations that work with their schedule to complete their registered course.
We certainly do not want anyone traveling if they do not feel safe or comfortable! If you have registered and paid for a class and do not feel safe traveling in any ongoing inclement weather, please call us to discuss alternative arrangements. If in doubt, call us!
